Senior Solution Architect (NL/FR/EN) – Enterprise Banking Projects Locatie: Brussel – Hybride Contract: Vast bij Projective Group (Consultancy – geen freelance) Talen: NL of FR + vloeiend EN Wil jij werken als Solution Architect op grootschalige, complexe IT-programma’s binnen een toonaangevende financiële instelling (naam vertrouwelijk)? Hou je ervan om business requirements te vertalen naar veilige, performante en schaalbare oplossingen? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. ✨ Jouw impact als Solution Architect Je bent de sleutelpersoon die business en technologie samenbrengt. Je analyseert, ontwerpt en begeleidt de end-to-end implementatie van core banking oplossingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Vertalen van high-level businessnoden naar haalbare functionele en technische oplossingen. Bewaken van technische standaarden, architecturale richtlijnen, security en compliance. Opbouwen van domeinkennis (banking operations, producten, diensten). Leiden van projecten: scope beheren, budget opvolgen, planning bewaken. Coördineren van functionele analyse, technische design, build, testing en UAT. Helpen bij het oplossen van obstakels binnen het project. Organiseren van release management en deployment. Opvolgen van systemen in productie en ondersteunen bij incidenten. Intensief samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders, architecten en engineers. ✨ Must-have skills 5+ jaar ervaring als Solution Architect, Technical Analyst of Technisch Projectleider. Sterke technische kennis: Mainframe (Cobol, JCL, DB2, MQ) = grote plus Cloud (Azure of hybride architectuur) = plus Financiële kennis (banking) is een voordeel; payments domein = sterke asset . Zeer sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie. Rijpheid: assertief, kritisch, autonoom, probleemoplossend. Talen: zeer sterk EN + NL of FR. ✨ Wat bieden wij?
