About the job
To support the growth of our activities in the Banking & Insurance sector, we are currently looking for an experienced consultant (2-6y) to join our team in Brussels.

As an Avertimer in the Banking & Insurance sector, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients in the areas of Digital Transformation, Data or Compliance, helping Avertim reach the next level.
Your future missions
- You will leverage your existing knowledge and expertise to help client meet their challenges.
- You will work with or act as project manager in a project team and take part in consulting missions in co-construction with our clients, mainly from the Banking & Insurance sectors.
- You will set up projects directions and provide projects oversight.
- You participate in missions such as: transformation, performance management, change management, etc.
- You will accompany our clients on all their projects, from strategic framing to operational implementation, and will work in relation to the other consultants and the manager of your mission.
Skills & Qualifications
- You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Data Analytics, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- You have between 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a consulting role.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- You have a strong work ethic and time-management skills.
- You are eager to learn and grow.
- You are have a fluent in French and/or Dutch with an excellent command of the other and you are fluent in English.
