Note: This is NOT a fully remote job. We are looking for candidates based in BELGIUM who possess a valid EU WORK PERMIT. Understand How Engineers Fix Issues (Today)When a customer resolves a cost anomaly, you reconstruct the story by pulling cloud state and telemetry:CloudTrail eventsAWS Config diffsCloudWatch metricsResource inventory and tagsYou determine: what changed, which resource was touched, the action taken, and why it solved the issue.This becomes a structured "resolution flow" that TRU+ learns from.2.
