Wat jij mag verwachten
Stop met scrollen … wij zoeken jou Ja, jij daar met die vlotte pen, onberispelijk Nederlands en bakken goesting om aan de slag te gaan. Van grote tot kleine teksten, van meer technisch over events tot (sport)sponsoring, jij draait er je hand (of moeten we zeggen toetsenbord) niet voor om Ben jij de M/V/X die ons marketing- en communicatieteam nodig heeft?
Als content & communication officer maak je deel uit van een team van 9 personen en rapporteer je aan de teamleader content & creation.
Je taken:
- Je schrijft teksten voor onze (makelaars)mailings, onze website en social posts.
- Je schrijft, legt weg en herkauwt je tekst tot je een aha-moment hebt. Je durft je woorden te wikken en te wegen tot het plaatje past.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat al onze teksten in lijn liggen met onze brand values en brand topics, en dit niet alleen voor je eigen teksten maar ook voor content die vanuit het bedrijf tot bij jou komt. Jij zorgt voor de uniforme Baloise voice.
- Je staat in voor de coördinatie van het end-to-end communicatieproces. Wat projectmanagement schrikt je dus niet af.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle stemmen in je communicatieproces betrokken en bevraagd zijn, zodat je op het einde van de rit met gedragen en gevalideerde content naar buiten kan.
- Je kan een communicatieplanning opmaken, afstemmen en bewaken. En ja, we weten dat de realiteit en het oorspronkelijke plan soms al eens wat uit elkaar durven lopen, maar jij schakelt moeiteloos over naar plan B (of C).
- Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicaties, wij doen niet mee aan kleine lettertjes.
- Copy staat natuurlijk niet op zichzelf. Jij kijkt naar de bigger picture en denkt soms letterlijk in plaatjes, want om het met een cliché te zeggen: beelden zeggen soms echt veel meer dan woorden. Een kleine infographic, illustratie of animatie om je boodschap kracht bij te zetten? Jij ziet waar je ze best kunt inzetten en kan ze maken.
- Je maakt social posts op in Canva (of als je liever in Adobe werkt, kan dat ook) die volledig in lijn liggen met onze huisstijl en branding. Basisanimaties en infographics hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je weet welke trends en nieuwigheden er zijn in het communicatielandschap en hebt geen schrik om eens iets nieuws te proberen – op voorwaarde dat het bij ons past natuurlijk. Soms draait dat misschien niet uit zoals je gedacht had, maar je hebt er dan alvast iets uit geleerd en dat neem je mee naar je volgende ervaring.
Wat wij verwachten:
- Je bent een sterke communicator (intern & extern). Deze sterkte kan je inzetten om interne stakeholders te woord te staan en realistische verwachtingen te stellen.
- Je bent planmatig en organisatorisch sterk én je bent assertief genoeg om je planning op een collegiale manier te bewaken.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. Ook een goede kennis van het Frans kan van pas komen, Baloise is immers actief in heel België.
- Je bent een zelfstandig persoon die trots is op een kwaliteitsvolle en gedetailleerde afwerking van projecten.
- Je hebt oog voor mooie dingen en design. Je begrijpt dat less soms more is en witruimte schrikt je niet af. Je begrijpt dat mooie content creëren afhangt van mooie woorden én een bijpassend design, zodat je van 1+1 echt 3 kan maken.
- Je blijft niet op je eigen eilandje zitten, teamplayer zijn is bij ons geen modewoord. Je haalt energie uit samenwerken binnen en buiten je team rond gemeenschappelijke projecten en doelstellingen, bent in staat om een consensus te bereiken en gaat flexibel om met gewijzigde beslissingen in de loop van een project.
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld, want ja, wij houden van marketingcollega's met grootse en creatieve dromen, maar uiteindelijk moeten we het wel in de praktijk kunnen brengen.
- Je kijkt graag vooruit en spot verbetermogelijkheden in onze communicatieprocessen.
