FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING – SENIOR FUNCTIONEEL ANALIST Voor één van onze klanten, een toonaangevende speler binnen de verzekeringssector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Functioneel Analist. Ben jij iemand met sterk analytisch inzicht en ervaring in complexe, sterk gereguleerde omgevingen? Dan is dit een mooie opportuniteit om mee te bouwen aan een strategisch digitaal initiatief. Onze klant zet sterk in op digitalisering en innovatie. Binnen een centrale transformatieomgeving wordt een ambitieus project opgestart: de ontwikkeling van een centraal aangifteplatform dat juridische en wettelijke attesten voor verzekeringsproducten zal aanmaken en ondersteunen (zoals fiscale fiches, RIZIV, DB2P, ...). Voor dit project zoeken we een ervaren functioneel analist met een sterke affiniteit met verzekeringsprocessen, compliance en digitale transformatie. TAKENPAKKET Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en documenteren van functionele en technische requirements voor het nieuwe aangifteplatform, van analyse tot implementatie. Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, juridische experten, compliance officers en IT-architecten om noden te verzamelen, te verfijnen en te vertalen naar duidelijke specificaties. Je brengt de verschillende aangifte- en rapporteringsstromen in kaart en identificeert opportuniteiten voor procesoptimalisatie en standaardisatie. Je fungeert als de belangrijkste schakel tussen business en IT tijdens de analyse- en ontwerpfase. Op langere termijn krijg je de kans om ook bij te dragen aan andere strategische digitale projecten binnen de organisatie. PROFIEL EN ERVARING Profiel Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als Business of Functioneel Analist binnen de verzekeringssector of andere gereguleerde financiële omgevingen. Je hebt ervaring met juridisch en compliance-gedreven processen. Je beschikt over sterke analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden en kan vlot schakelen tussen high-level modellen en gedetailleerde specificaties. Ervaring met enterprise-platformen en grootschalige integratieprojecten is een plus. Je bent vertrouwd met samenwerken in multidisciplinaire en complexe organisaties. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en facilitatieve vaardigheden. Je kan professioneel communiceren in Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt interesse om mee te bouwen aan de digitale toekomst van een grote organisatie.
