HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients in their search for a freelance Technical Analyst / Developer Azure Integrations.

As a Technical Analyst / Developer Azure Integrations, you combine technical analysis and hands-on development to deliver secure and scalable integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects and developers, translating requirements into technical designs and implementations.
Responsibilities
• Analyze business and integration requirements
• Design and develop Azure integration solutions (API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Redis)
• Define technical solution designs and integration patterns
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration services
• Document analyses, designs and technical decisions
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration solutions
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders and Scrum teams
• Contribute to technical standards and best practices
Profile
• Strong analytical and hands-on development mindset
• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with technical and business stakeholders
• Team player with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Must Have Skills
• 5+ years of experience in Azure integration development and/or technical analysis
• Strong experience with Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Redis)
• Experience with REST APIs, C# and Terraform
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and integration patterns
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to Have
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse or Power Platform
• Knowledge of Azure networking concepts
• Experience in the insurance sector
This is a freelance assignment running until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. You will join the XRM team and work in an Agile Scrum environment, combining technical analysis and hands-on development based on business priorities and roadmap needs.
The ideal candidate takes ownership, is proactive, and enjoys translating technical requirements into scalable Azure solutions. xlxgzvr A minimum onsite presence of 2 days per week in Antwerp is required.
