Looking to start a new challenge as a freelancer? Get in touch now. What you will do Support the ICRO in shaping and governing IT Continuity & Resilience across the organisation. Define and promote IT Continuity, Resilience and Cyber Resilience principles. Deploy policies, frameworks, methods and tools within all IT tribes. Review architectures and technical designs from a resilience standpoint. Coordinate IT Continuity, DR and Cyber Resilience exercises. Report on continuity posture, risks and improvement actions. Build strong relationships with tribe continuity contacts and challenge stakeholders where needed. What you bring Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Resilience or DR. Strong understanding of infrastructure and application landscapes. Ability to translate resilience expectations for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with policies, processes, procedures and governance. Ability to read, assess and validate architecture diagrams from a resilience viewpoint. Knowledge of Agile practices and stakeholder management. Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure. Interested?
