Jij vertaalt de financiële bedrijfsprocessen van onze klanten naar hoogwaardige en functionele ERP-oplossingen, daarbij adviseer en begeleid je de klant zodat onze software maximale toegevoegde waarde heeft.

Als Financial Business Consultant ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de vele implementaties, die bij onze klanten worden uitgevoerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de financiële bedrijfsprocessen en deze te vertalen naar hoogwaardige en functionele ERP-oplossingen. Dit doe je binnen een projectgroep, met collega's en stakeholders vanuit de klant. Daarnaast begeleid je de implementatie en adviseer je de klant zodat, ons software pakket '4PS Construct' maximale toegevoegde waarde heeft en onze klanten écht verder geholpen worden.

Welke taken horen o.a. bij deze rol?
  • Je begrijpt en vertaalt de financiële bedrijfsprocessen van onze klanten naar hoogwaardige en functionele ERP-oplossingen;
  • Je begeleidt het implementatieproces van de financiële modules en zorgt dat onze software maximale toegevoegde waarde heeft voor de klant;
  • Je configureert, parametriseert en test het systeem;
  • Je leidt de key-users op en biedt hen ondersteuning bij het gebruik van onze producten;
  • Jij volgt de ontwikkelingen op de voet en adviseert klanten over de mogelijkheden.
Welke skills heb jij als Financial Business Consultant?
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen;
  • Je bent sterk in het conceptueel denken van flows en processen met een passie voor cijfers en finance;
  • Je bent een kritische, professionele sparringpartner op alle niveaus;
  • Je bent oplossings- en resultaatgericht;
  • Je hebt vlotte en professionele communicatie skills en kan op verschillende niveaus communiceren.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
  • Een Bachelor of Master diploma in een relevante studierichting;
  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring met financiële en boekhoudkundige bedrijfsprocessen vanuit organisatorisch en menselijk perspectief;
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring in de Finance;
  • Je bent bereid om je ook te verdiepen in de HR processen binnen de 4PS software;
  • Kennis van Navision (en/of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is een troef;
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlands en Franse taal (Engels is een pluspunt);
  • Persoonlijkheid is voor ons erg belangrijk. Je bent betrokken, hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent een teamplayer.
