As aProduct Engineer, you'll join a dynamicR&D teamand play a central role in making our systemssmarter, more robust, and more efficient. You'll combine technical expertise with a strategic view on product development, turning ideas into concrete solutions. Responsibilities: Developing and improving solutions for CHP and gas purification plants, electrical controls, PCBs, software, and IoT platforms . Leading projects on reliability, energy optimization, remote diagnostics, market developments, and regulatory changes . Translating feedback from technicians, production, sales, project management, and customers into sustainable improvements. Taking ownership of the full project cycle : from design and prototyping to testing, validation, and implementation. Preparing technical documentation and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. Acting as a knowledge point of contact for biogas installations. Requirements A Master's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering (Electromechanics). Relevant experience in an R&D or product engineering environment . Strong technical foundation in electromechanics, electricity, or automation . Ability to think conceptually and strategically , while ensuring practical applicability. A structured, quality-driven work style with excellent documentation skills. Comfortable in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Affinity with agriculture or energy is an advantage.
