Your Responsibilities
As a Property Accountant, you will be independently responsible for managing the accounting activities of a diversified portfolio of real estate assets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of property accounting, including rent invoicing, indexation, service charges, and accounting reconciliations.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial transactions and cash flows related to the properties.
- Preparing budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses.
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Acting as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants regarding all accounting-related matters.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting tools.
Your Profile
- You have solid experience as a Property Accountant.
- You are fully autonomous in real estate and property accounting.
- You are fluent in French or English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a major advantage.
- Experience with Netika or another property management software is highly desirable.
- You are organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
