Principal Consultant - Strategy & OperationsHybridNova Reperta1h1p5Senior leadership role combining client impact, team development and commercial ownership in a high-trust consulting environment.As a Principal, you take senior responsibility for client impact, team development and the growth of Nova Reperta. You combine deep content expertise with leadership and commercial ownership, acting as a trusted sparring partner for senior clients and internal leadership.You are accountable for the success of complex engagements, from shaping the problem and defining the approach to steering delivery and ensuring lasting impact. You work closely with Partners and other Principals, coach Case Leads and consultants, and actively contribute to business development and practice growth.This role is for experienced leaders who are comfortable making decisions, managing risk and taking responsibility beyond a single case.What you will doTake end-to-end responsibility for complex consulting engagements and client relationshipsAct as senior sparring partner for C-level and executive stakeholdersShape engagement approaches, scope and priorities together with PartnersEnsure quality, impact and consistency across multiple cases or programsCoach and develop Case Leads and senior consultantsIdentify and develop new client opportunities and follow-on workContribute to proposition development, thought leadership and practice buildingActively manage risks, trade-offs and escalation points during deliveryJob requirements10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or comparable leadership rolesProven track record in leading complex engagements with senior stakeholdersStrong judgment and decision-making ability in ambiguous environmentsExperience combining content leadership with commercial responsibilityAbility to coach, challenge and develop senior team membersStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership for both clients and firmMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related fieldFluent in English and Dutch or FrenchNice to haveExperience building or scaling consulting practices or propositionsTrack record in developing long-term client relationshipsExposure to cross-border or multi-country consulting engagements#J-18808-Ljbffr
