Position OverviewSigga Technologies is hiring Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the EMEA market to help build a predictable, high-quality pipeline selling enterprise SaaS solutions into SAP-centric, asset-intensive organizations.This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role for SDRs with prior B2B SaaS experience who thrive on structured outbound sales, strong phone conversations, and accountability. While knowledge of SAP, maintenance, or asset-intensive industries is a strong plus, a sales-first mindset and confidence on the phone matter most .You will engage maintenance, reliability, operations, and IT leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where uptime, safety, and operational efficiency are business-critical.This role is about quality conversations and qualified meetings , not volume spam.The RoleAs an Outbound SDR for EMEA, you will be responsible for generating high-quality pipeline by engaging senior operational and technical stakeholders at SAP-centric, asset-intensive enterprises.You will operate with discipline, structure, and ownership, focusing on meaningful discovery conversations that result in sales-accepted meetings.What You'll DoExecute outbound prospecting into defined ICP accounts across the EMEA regionEngage Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Operations Leaders, and SAP or IT stakeholdersRun structured, multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn , with a strong emphasis on phone-based conversationsPersonalize messaging by industry, role, geography, and operational contextConduct first-touch discovery calls and qualify opportunities for SalesFollow up on inbound leads, marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry eventsMaintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver clean, actionable handoffs to Account ExecutivesParticipate actively in coaching, call reviews, role-plays, and performance feedbackCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teamsWhat We're Looking ForRequired2–4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaSProven outbound prospecting experience with demonstrable resultsStrong phone presence and confidence running live sales conversationsClear sales mindset with the ability to handle objections and guide discoveryTrack record of booking sales-accepted, high-quality meetingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh accountability, ownership, and disciplineComfortable engaging technical, operational, and business stakeholdersCoachable, metrics-driven, and execution-focusedStrongly PreferredExperience selling into EAM, SAP, CMMS, or asset-intensive industriesFamiliarity with maintenance, reliability, or industrial operations processesExposure to mid-market or enterprise sales cyclesAdditional EMEA languages (such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Nordic languages)What Success Looks LikeConsistent production of qualified, sales-accepted meetingsStrong meeting show rates and minimal "not a fit" feedback from SalesMeaningful contribution to pipeline creation across the EMEA regionTrusted, proactive partner to Account Executives and MarketingContinuous improvement in call quality, messaging, and discoveryWhy Join SiggaSell a real enterprise SaaS product that solves real operational problemsWork in a structured, high-standard sales environment with active coachingBe part of a team that values execution, ownership, and qualityClear growth paths into Senior SDR, Account Executive, or Growth rolesWork LocationRemote (Belgium)Equal Opportunity EmployerSigga is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
