Vinçotte experts in de domeinen kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid reiken oplossingen aan tijdens de hele levenscyclus van een gebouw, van ontwerp/controle over constructie & exploitatie tot en met de afbraak. Zo kunnen de gebouwen tijdig in dienst genomen worden en vervolgens op een (kost) efficiënte en duurzame manier geëxploiteerd worden. Zo helpen we een brede waaier aan klanten zoals bouwpromotoren, architecten, studieburelen, aannemers, kraanbedrijven, elektro-installateurs, ziekenhuizen, rustoorden, scholen en particulieren. Op dit moment zoeken we een nieuwe voltijdse collega Customer Services Employee (M/V/X) voor ons team in Zwijnaarde Gent. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan je Customer Service Officer, met wie je ook de complexe dossiers bespreekt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Contractmanagement & SO creatie Op basis van de informatie die je ontvangt van de Inside Sales registreer je de offertes, de bestelopdracht, de nieuwe contracten en de hernieuwingen van contracten op een kritische manier en creëer je een service order. Je updatet de klantengegevens en inventarissen in de bestaande contracten (masterdata, memo's, estimated times, demissies,…). Facturatie & disputes Je factureert de openstaande prestaties van onze experten met correcte bestelbongegevens en aan de hand van de correcte geregistreerde tarieven. Indien contractueel bepaald, maak je een vorderingsstaat op die je aan de klant voorlegt om de details van de transactie af te stemmen alvorens effectief te factureren. Je signaleert issues in het facturatieproces van de uitgevoerde opdrachten (nastreven van efficiëntieverbetering). Je behandelt en analyseert de openstaande en vervallen facturen en disputes en zoekt naar een oplossing. Diploma: Professionele Bachelor in een administratieve of commerciële richting. Ervaring: Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve functie. Talen: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling Vaardigheden: Je bent stressbestendig, blijft kalm op piekmomenten en zet vastberaden de juiste prioriteiten. Je bent klantgericht en bezit over een sterke, professionele attitude in al jouw contacten met klanten (per telefoon & mail). Je bent resultaatgericht en bezit over een hoog gehalte doorzettingsvermogen. Je hebt zin voor kwaliteit en een oog voor detail & structuur. Je bent gepassioneerd door techniek en industrie (elektriciteit, mechanica, drukapparatuur,...) of erg nieuwsgierig van nature om hier meer over te leren. Je bent pro-actief en houdt ervan om initiatief te nemen. Je werkt zowel graag autonoom (na je opleidingsperiode) als in teamverband. Zin om onze teams te versterken?
