Sales representative Introductie Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de horeca- en foodservice-sector zoeken we een commerciële en klantgerichte Vertegenwoordiger. In deze functie bouw je duurzame relaties op met professionele klanten, detecteer je opportuniteiten en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de groei van het bedrijf. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een sterk lokaal karakter, een breed assortiment en een duidelijke focus op service. Kerntaken * Informeren, adviseren en onderhandelen met potentiële klanten. * Onderhouden en uitbreiden van bestaande klantenrelaties (ongeveer 80% van je tijd). * Actieve prospectie van nieuwe klanten (ongeveer 20%). * Voorbereiden van offertes, verzamelen van marktinformatie en registreren in het CRM-systeem. * Nauw samenwerken met interne diensten zoals boekhouding, logistiek, aankoop, kwaliteit en het management. * Administratieve opvolging van commerciële activiteiten en correcte registratie in CRM/ERP. * Signaleren van opportuniteiten zoals cross-selling en doorgeven van verbeterpunten. * Organiseren en beheren van je agenda op een efficiënte manier. Profiel & Vereisten * Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en relevante ervaring in een B2B-omgeving. * Affiniteit met de horeca- of foodservice-sector is een duidelijke troef. * Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en Nederlands. * Je werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale tools; ervaring met ERP/CRM is een plus. * Je bent analytisch sterk en kan trends en cijfers omzetten in acties. * Resultaatgericht en gedreven om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen. * Probleemoplossend en stressbestendig, je behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten. * Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert even goed in teamverband. * Proactief, verantwoordelijk en communicatief sterk.
