The primary mission is to bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical execution, ensuring that customer needs are translated into high-quality, feasible, and timely deliverables.Mission:Central Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Series support requests and Customized Options projects.Project Translation: Translate diverse stakeholder inputs and complex requirements into actionable project plans and concrete deliverables.Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate departmental activities across engineering, production, and software development teams to ensure seamless integration.Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues before they impact delivery.Technical Alignment: Ensure total alignment between customer requirements, technical feasibility, and existing production capabilities.Facilitation: Lead regular status meetings and coordinate technical reviews with all relevant stakeholders.Resource Management: Support resource planning and capacity management to balance Series and CO activities effectively.Quality Control: Monitor strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and established quality standards.Profile:Degree: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a manufacturing or automation environment.If you are interested, please send your updated CV to CvATtalencia.eu
