Titre : Assistant(e) Opérations & Logistique Qui sommes-nous ? Les Savonneries Bruxelloises produisent et conditionnent du savon solide depuis presque 100 ans. Au-delà de perpétuer la tradition, la production de savon solide s'inscrit dans une démarche de qualité et de durabilité avec l'ambition de produire des cosmétiques solides à façon pour des clients diversifiés à travers le monde. Notre mission ? Produire des savons de qualité, innover, et bénéficier de l'héritage du passé pour aller de l'avant Basé(e) dans notre savonnerie à Bruxelles (Tour & Taxis), nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) aux opérations pour soutenir l'organisation quotidienne de l'entreprise. Vos missions ? Support opérationnel : • Réception des matières premières et suivi du contrôle qualité • Organisation logistique (échantillons, commandes clients, préparation des livraisons)• Coordination avec l'atelier protégé pour le conditionnement • Organisation de l'approvisionnement de la boutique (livraison et gestion des stocks) Support ERP & flux d'informations : • Encodage et mise à jour des données dans l'ERP (stocks, ordres de production, matières premières° • Vérification de la cohérence des données et résolution des incohérences simples • Support aux équipes pour l'utilisation quotidienne de l'ERP (niveau utilisateur) • Contribution à l'amélioration des processus via l'ERP (bon sens organisationnel, pas technique) Gestion administrative : • Suivi des stocks et création des demandes d'achat • Support commercial : préparation devis, factures, suivi administratif des paiements Projets & amélioration continue : • Participation à l'optimisation des processus internes • Contribution à la mise en place de nouveaux outils organisationnels Profil recherché ? Passionné(e) par l'entreprenariat et la vie d'une PME, vous aimez les missions variées et le travail structuré. Polyvalent(e) et autonome, vous appréciez d'alterner des tâches administratives, opérationnelles et logistiques au cours d'une même journée. Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes à l'aise pour communiquer avec vos collègues, nos clients et nos partenaires externes. Vos atouts ? • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ; le néerlandais est un plus • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel, Word, Outlook • Une première expérience dans une fonction opérationnelle ou administrative est un plus • Vous aimez travailler avec des outils numériques et apprendre un ERP Notre offre ?
