Responsibilities We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and monitor advanced AI solutions across the organization. Working closely with solution architects, AI experts, data engineers, and business teams, you will transform business needs into robust generative AI products using the Microsoft and Azure AI ecosystem. Analyze and frame business needs for AI initiatives (LLM solutions, chatbots, automation, dashboards, intelligent search…). Design and develop generative AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search . Produce functional and technical analyses and maintain related documentation. Contribute to the structure, governance, and continuous evolution of the GenAiCC (governance, security, compliance, best practices). Implement and document operational governance standards for AI. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including architects, data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts. Perform technological watch and propose continuous improvements, particularly around Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI capabilities. Required Skills Must Have Strong background in functional analysis and business requirements gathering. Excellent communication skills in French and English . Proven experience in designing and integrating generative AI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, automation, dashboards). Hands-on experience with conversational AI and RAG solutions built on Power Platform and Copilot Studio . Expertise with Azure AI services for generative AI and intelligent search (Azure AI Services, SQL, Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search). Solid understanding of the Power Platform (governance, automation, integration). Should Have Ability to contribute to governance, security, compliance frameworks for generative AI operations. Strong understanding of data engineering fundamentals (databases, pipelines, cloud integration). Experience with Python development and AI frameworks/libraries (LangChain, PySpark…). Proficiency with monitoring tools for performance and cost optimization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
