As consumers increasingly turn to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI and other AI platforms to discover products, compare brands and make decisions, companies need a new way to understand and manage how they are represented across AI.

MentionLab provides the reliable and comprehensive data layer they need to do exactly that.

We work with leading global brands and organizations across industries including beauty, banking, automotive, hospitality, retail, telecom and energy.

Our growth is largely partner-led. We work with consulting firms, research companies and agencies that use MentionLab to build AI Search, GEO and AI Intelligence offerings for their own clients.

As this ecosystem grows rapidly, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager based in Brussels to help our most strategic partners succeed and scale with MentionLab.

Your role

You'll be at the heart of the relationship between MentionLab, our partners and their clients.

Your mission will be to help partners adopt MentionLab, use it successfully and deliver great projects to their clients.

You'll onboard and train teams, help configure projects, prepare analyses, run platform demonstrations, coordinate projects and make sure our partners always know how to get the most out of MentionLab.

You'll progressively become a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of partners and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, technology and data, and wants significant exposure to enterprise clients early in their career.

What you'll do

1. Onboard and support our partners

Help new partners and teams get started with MentionLab.

Guide them through the platform, methodology and key use cases.

Answer questions and make sure they have everything they need to work autonomously with their clients.

2. Run trainings and platform demos

Become highly comfortable with MentionLab and our different solutions.

Run platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions and trainings for partner and client teams.

You don't need to be an AI Search expert when you join. We'll teach you what you need to know.

3. Support client projects

Help partners configure and launch projects for their clients.

Support prompt strategy, project setup, dashboards, analyses and reporting.

Help translate MentionLab data into clear insights and recommendations.

Coordinate internally with our Product, Data and commercial teams when needed.

4. Manage relationships and projects

Follow ongoing projects and make sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.

Prepare meetings, follow up on actions and coordinate stakeholders.

As you grow into the role, you'll progressively take ownership of your own portfolio of partners and clients.

5. Identify opportunities

Understand what partners and clients are trying to achieve and identify where MentionLab could help them further.

There is no sales quota attached to the role, but we expect you to develop a strong understanding of our partners' businesses and proactively identify opportunities to expand successful collaborations.

6. Help us improve

You'll be close to the people using MentionLab every day.

Collect their feedback, understand recurring challenges and share insights with our Product and Data teams.

You'll also help us continuously improve our onboarding, documentation, trainings and Partner Success processes.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with approximately 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, digital, data, an agency or another client-facing environment.

More than a specific background, we're looking for someone who learns quickly and wants responsibility.

You enjoy working with clients and building relationships.

You're organized and comfortable managing several projects at the same time.

You're curious about technology and can quickly understand new products.
