What Will You Do? Invoice & Expense Processing: Record incoming invoices and expense reports with precision, ensuring accurate VAT processing and tax deductibility. Approval Workflow Management: Initiate and monitor invoice approval processes to ensure timely payment. Payment Reminders: Follow up on reminders to keep payments on track. Daily Financial Transactions: Process bank transactions and other financial entries. Payment Preparation: Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments. Vendor Management: Maintain and update supplier information for accuracy. VAT Support: Assist in VAT returns preparation and submission. Finance Mailbox Management: Respond to queries and requests in the Finance mailbox. What Do You Bring? Clear Communication: Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
