We zoeken een project manager met een grondige SAP kennis.

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het opvolgen van de technische kant. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider aan business kant, en met de interne SAP experts waaronder de SAP BASIS en SAPDEV teams, en de externe partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat de taken op tijd, binnen de afgesproken scope en binnen het budget worden voltooid.

Je analyseert en zet de nieuwe omgeving op, in samenwerking met de interne SAP BASIS en SAPDEV teams, de gekozen Cloud leverancier en andere infrastructuur leveranciers waar nodig. Je takenpakket omhelst de coördinatie van alle taken met betrekking tot de technologische stack. Dit houdt in, maar is niet beperkt tot het realiseren van de nodige connectiviteit naar de nieuwe Cloud omgeving, het configureren van de software en functionele behoeften, het opstellen van een aanpak rond data conversie, incluis het overzetten van data historiek, de migratie zelf, het integreren van alle bestaande interfaces.

Je staat in voor volgende taken:

  • Architectuur: je onderzoekt en valideert het technisch migratieplan van de externe partner samen met de IT-architect.
  • Integratie: Je valideert de technische oplossingen voorgesteld door de externe partners en focust hierbij oa op security en efficiëntie.
  • Coördinatie: Afstemming en samenwerking met diverse business teams binnen IOD-IT, oa infrastructuur en servicedesk.
  • Planning: coördinatie op opvolging van de projecttaken van de SAP Basis en Development teams (IOD-IT).
  • BCP/DRP: Opzetten van procedures rond archivering en business continuity (BCP).
  • Governance: Opzetten van een technische governance m.b.t. upgrades, patches, configuratie, gegevensbeheer, het definiëren van verantwoordelijkheidsmatrix voor beheer van het nieuwe SaaS platform (RACI).

In de operationele fase sta je in voor volgende taken:

  • Technische governance van de SAP-applicaties.
  • Coördinatie van de SAP Basis en Development teams.
  • Opzetten en implementeren van business continuity proces (back-up en recovery) en disaster recovery proces.

Profielomschrijving:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in Informatietechnologie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Je hebt hands-on ervaring met verschillende project management methodologieën (Agile, Prince2,…). Certificering is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een grondige inhoudelijke kennis van SAP technologieën, systemen en architectuur: S/4HANA Architecture en SAP FIORI, SAP BTP, SAP Gateway (OData Services), SAP HANA Database, ABAP.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als Projectmanager, met de focus op SAP end-to-end implementaties.
  • SAP integratie.
  • Je beschikt over het vermogen om projecten te plannen, te organiseren, resources te beheren en deadlines te halen.
  • Je kan risico's identificeren, evalueren en beheren.
  • Je kan een team leiden, motiveren en coachen.
  • Je toont interesse in de bredere context van een project.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en luistervaardigheden waardoor je kan communiceren met belanghebbenden op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
