Nous recherchons actuellement un Project Manager / Project Coordinator pour notre bureau de Leuven, Belgique.

En tant que Project Manager, vous serez impliqué dans des projets allant de petites améliorations à de grandes constructions industrielles. Vos responsabilités peuvent couvrir différentes phases et/ou spécialisations, notamment :

  • Faisabilité du projet : Description des processus, agencement de l'usine, planification générale, stratégie d'approvisionnement, plan financier.
  • Phase de préparation du projet : Analyse d'investissement, ingénierie de base, obtention des permis, financement et approvisionnement.
  • Phase d'exécution du projet : Gestion de projet, ingénierie détaillée, gestion de la construction, gestion de la mise en service et gestion opérationnelle.

En quoi consiste le rôle ?

Au sein de l'organisation EPCm, le Project Manager maintient une communication constante avec le client et agit en tant que coordinateur pour toutes les fonctions EPCm, y compris l'organisation, la sécurité, les rapports de progrès, la planification, la gestion des coûts, la gestion des risques, le contrôle des documents, le contrôle qualité, la cohérence technique multidisciplinaire, les contrats de construction, l'exécution sur site et la préparation à la mise en service.

Avec de solides compétences en communication, le Project Manager gère les interfaces d'ingénierie avec les bureaux d'études, en veillant à la cohérence des plans conceptuels, des études détaillées et des devis des fournisseurs. Il/Elle comprend les subtilités de l'exécution des travaux et de l'assemblage sur site.

Chaque rôle évolue en fonction des besoins du projet et peut également impliquer la participation à l'acquisition de nouveaux projets et à la préparation d'offres sur une base ad-hoc.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Diplôme en ingénierie ou expérience professionnelle pertinente dans des projets EPCm, en particulier dans des projets de construction civile de grande envergure.
  • Une formation en génie civil ou génie structurel est un plus.
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement de projet.
  • Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) est indispensable, avec l'anglais comme deuxième langue. Le néerlandais est un plus.
  • Forte orientation client et excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Créatif et flexible, axé sur les résultats, un joueur d'équipe qui peut également travailler de manière autonome.
  • Solides compétences en gestion et capacités de résolution de problèmes.
  • Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Une expérience avec AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM Navisworks, BIM 360, ou d'autres outils de gestion de projet est un plus.
  • Les certifications PMP, PMO, ou d'autres certifications pertinentes sont un atout.
  • Permis de conduire valide (Catégorie B).
