Senior AI Consultant Potential locations: Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia and Munich preferred) The role As a Senior AI Consultant, you advise senior leaders on how to apply and scale AI in a value-driven way. This role is about impact, not hype – translating strategic ambition into AI initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you help clients cut through complexity, prioritise what matters, and turn complex challenges into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. You collaborate closely with executives, boards, and product leadership, while working hands-on with data and engineering teams to ensure ideas are delivered and adopted. What you’ll do Advise executives on AI strategy, governance, and value realisation Translate AI, data, and regulatory developments into clear business implications Shape and prioritise AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and sustainability Define scalable, high-value AI use cases for complex business challenges Lead AI-driven transformation from strategy through execution and adoption Act as a trusted sparring partner for boards and C-level stakeholders Bridge strategic intent and technical delivery with data and engineering teams Contribute to thought leadership and the growth of the AI consulting practice Set a high professional, intellectual, and ethical standard You bring: Fluency in English and German (Dutch is a strong plus) Master’s-level thinking and working capability 5+ years’ experience in consulting, AI advisory, or a similar senior role Proven experience defining and delivering AI strategies in complex organisations A track record of turning AI and data into measurable business impact Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively Deep AI, data, and analytics knowledge combined with strong business acumen Keine der Beschreibungen oder Formulierungen in dieser Anzeige haben die Intention oder Absicht jemanden aufgrund von Alter, Herkunft, Ethnie, sexueller Orientierung oder Erscheinung zu diskriminieren.
