A Day in the Life of…

As Restaurant Host & Bartender, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the food and beverage department throughout the hotel. Your role will also include:

• Taking orders, preparing drinks, and delivering orders while ensuring exceptional service is delivered to each guest in line with brand standards.
• Working closely with all colleagues to ensure a well-rounded and coordinated service is delivered on each shift.
• Monitoring guest feedback and dealing with any queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Being an ambassador to the brand.
• Organising a smooth shift transfer and ensuring stock control of the restaurant & bar is well organised.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in F&B, preferably in a branded property. You must have excellent communication skills. At Aimbridge, we look for personality over experience, so it goes without saying that you will have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality.
