They design and deliver innovative digital platforms that make a real impact across multiple industries.To support their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a Lead Java Architect - someone ready to shape the technical direction of key projects, design scalable software architectures, and help evolve the company’s engineering practices.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall backend architecture using Java (Spring Boot) and modern design principles.Lead technical decision-making across projects to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.Oversee system design, integration strategy, and cloud architecture alignment.Conduct code and architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Provide technical mentorship and support to development teams.Contribute to technology roadmaps, innovation initiatives, and long-term system evolution.Your ProfileProven experience in Java and Spring/Spring Boot development at a senior or lead level.Strong background in architecting large-scale, distributed systems.Skilled in system integration, API design, and modern software design patterns.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience within technical teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bonus points for exposure to JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).Fluent in English; French is an advantage.OfferUp to €7,500 monthly, depending on experience and interview process.Work on meaningful, high-impact projects in health, finance, and education.Hybrid working model with flexibility and remote options.Full benefits package including company car, fuel card, and mobility budget.Opportunity to shape the company’s Java architecture strategy and grow your own team.Collaborative, multicultural, and international environment.Interested?If you’re a Java expert passionate about architectural excellence and technical leadership, apply today or send your CV to jacob.westley@vividresourcing.com.
