QustomDot helps display panel manufacturers gain a sustainable competitive edge with a seamlessly integrated QDCC solution that outperforms native RGB while lowering production cost, simplifying integration, and improving display performance. We are entering a critical industrialisation phase: moving from lab-scale innovation to robust, cost-competitive, and scalable production. Our roadmap is clear: secure industrial partners, industrialise processes, and build a resilient supply chain that can support rapid customer adoption and volume ramp-up. To help drive this transformation, we are looking for a hands-on Chief Industrialisation Officer who enjoys building things from the ground up and wants to play a defining role in shaping how QustomDot's products reach the market.The Role As Chief Industrialisation Officer, you will be end-to-end responsible for industrial scale-up: translating laboratory processes into industrial reality. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and execute the industrial strategy, work closely with technology and commercial teams, and take ownership of subcontractor selection, process implementation, quality, and cost performance.Along with the strategic work, your direct contribution remains central to success. It will be expected to lead by example, show hands-on involvement, align internal and external teams through clarity of direction and consistent communication.Key responsibilities Define & execute the industrialisation roadmap, aligned with product & commercial milestonesLead make-or-buy decisions and select external manufacturing partnersTranslate lab processes into scalable, stable, and cost-efficient industrial processesDrive on-site implementation and ramp-up at subcontractorsEstablish and maintain industrial quality standards and risk mitigation plansOwn industrial cost targets, yield improvement, and supply continuityWork closely with the CTO, CCO, and customers to ensure early industrial alignmentProfile & key competences Background in chemical engineering or alikeMinimum 10 years of relevant experienceCan-do spirit, perseverance to reach end resultExperience working in small, fast-moving teamsCreative solution thinkerClear internal and external communicatorStrong negotiation skillsNice-to-have: Experience with Asian manufacturing ecosystems and partnersOur offer A key leadership role in a deep-tech company at a pivotal growth stageDirect impact on how breakthrough technology reaches global marketsA collaborative, low-hierarchy environment with short decision linesCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilityInterested?Let us know via info@qustomdot.com by sending us your C.V. and motivation letter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
