Production Assistant

Role purpose/ summary:The Production Assistant plans, coordinates, and manages various localisation productions from the onset of the budget creation to utilization of resources, sets timelines and performs continuous oversight through to product delivery. Key to this position is being the main contact partner between our clients and local and international production teams, adjusting plans within the production workflow as needed while ensuring Iyuno's company standards and client requirements are simultaneously met along the full life cycle of the production.The Production Assistant will build and maintain strong relationships with sound engineers, directors, and translation team while working in tandem with the Production team and the Booking Team.In this role you report to the Team Lead Production Management.Key supporting values & behaviours for the role:Understanding Client NeedsAgile DeliveryInclusive CommunicationKPIs / deliverables: Overall production output and quality measured in percentage of projects completed on time and within budgetTimely forecasting and invoicing of all productions in NavisionMaintaining all production systems with relevant information and milestone dates at any timeMonthly production output measured in minutes produced – individual KPI reflecting different production levels and complexityResponsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with ICO contacts and clients – per client expectations.
