We're excited to partner with an international leader in sustainable packaging solutions to recruit a dynamic Accounting, Tax & Compliance Director.

Our client is combining innovation, sustainability, and design excellence. As their Accounting, Tax & Compliance Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence, optimizing tax strategies, and ensuring compliance in an international landscape.

Key Responsibilities as Accounting, Tax & Compliance Director:

Financial Leadership: Oversee global accounting operations, implement robust controls, and manage financial reporting aligned with international goals.

Tax Strategy: Ensure compliance with local and global tax regulations, develop tax-efficient strategies, and navigate evolving policies like GloBE and Pillar II.

Governance & Compliance: Lead regulatory compliance initiatives, optimize intercompany transactions, and implement frameworks such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive financial planning processes, continuously enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Team Development: Mentor and empower a high-performing global finance team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Who We're Looking For:

A financial leader with proven experience in an international finance position or in the Audit/Compliance area and eager to inspire and innovate.

Expertise in IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance, and multinational operations.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with a passion for creating global impact.
