The firm's international team of more than 450 legal experts represents Luxembourg and foreign clients in all areas of Luxembourg business law from its main office in Luxembourg and representative offices in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, New York, and Paris.Our service to clients is differentiated by the end-to-end specialist advice we offer, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation, and advisory aspects of doing business in Luxembourg.Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters.Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:Knowledge Lawyer – LitigationYour role:Develop and manage our know-how, including the drafting and updating of templates;Gather international knowledge and ensure its appropriate distribution;Update and enhance our internal online tools and keep our dedicated Internet page up-to-date;Monitor legal developments and share the acquired information amongst the team;Provide regular updates for internal and external purposes (including newsflashes, brochures, publications, etc.);Develop, coordinate and actively participate in our internal team meetings;Organize conferences and meetings and prepare the related documentation, brochures, presentations;Play a key role in implementing and utilizing the latest LegalTech tools (including Artificial Intelligence) to enhance practice efficiency and outcomes.Work closely with other KM team members.Your profile:Excellent academic record with a University degree in law;Significant experience in Luxembourg litigation practice, acquired in a Luxembourg law firm or in-house;Perfect command of French and English, spoken and written (German will be an asset);Good technical abilities and solid drafting skills;Strong team player, dynamic, autonomous and resilient, facilitating, organising and supporting the development of the knowledge management with the capability to motivate the other team members;Communicate effectively and keep relevant lawyers and staff informed in a timely manner;Use appropriate communication tools.Within Arendt, we uphold high standards.
