SII Belgium is seeking a motivated and ambitious SCADA Developer to join its teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of SCADA systems used for the control and supervision of critical industrial infrastructures. You will work on solutions that ensure service continuity, security, and high performance of industrial systems. You will join teams working on large-scale projects across sectors such as Defense, Energy, Banking, and Telecommunications, with a strong focus on industrial and real-time systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain SCADA systems Analyze operational and energy‐related requirements and translate them into reliable SCADA functionalities Integrate SCADA solutions within OT environments, connected to DCS / PCS and industrial equipment Ensure high availability, performance and operational safety of mission‐critical systems Monitor system behavior in production and troubleshoot real‐time and control issues Collaborate with energy experts, automation engineers, IT and cybersecurity teams in an Agile setup Participate in industrial testing, commissioning and deployment of SCADA solutions Support project planning and technical estimations when required Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in SCADA development or industrial control systems Strong industrial, electrical or energy engineering mindset Proven knowledge of SCADA systems and DCS / PCS environments Experience working in OT (Operational Technology) contexts Good understanding of electrical production systems and industrial processes SCADA development experience using .NET Familiar with DevOps practices, adapted to industrial and regulated environments Used to working with real‐time, high‐availability systems Experience in Agile / SAFe / Scrum environments Able to bridge industrial reality, software constraints and business needs English and French proficiency required We Offer: A challenging and varied role in a growing company Continuous development through training, coaching and certification A competitive salary package and benefits A warm, collaborative company culture, backed by an international engineering group Opportunity to work with the latest technologies
