Mon partenaire est une société familiale active à Liège et à Bruxelles dans le secteur HVAC & Sanitaire, exclusivement en B2B. Outre la technicité des installations, ils sont très attentifs à fournir un travail de haute qualité dans le respect de la sécurité et de l'esthétique.

En raison de la forte croissance de la société, ils sont à la recherche d'un : Project Manager Sanitaire/HVAC (H/F/X)

Responsabilités :
  1. Collaboration étroite avec les chefs d'équipe pour superviser l'exécution des chantiers.
  2. Gérer les relations avec les équipes techniques du client afin de garantir leur entière satisfaction.
  3. Assumer la responsabilité du suivi administratif et financier de chaque chantier.
  4. S'assurer de la réception adéquate du matériel nécessaire pour chaque projet.
  5. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques en prenant en compte les différents acteurs du chantier, tout en respectant les exigences spécifiques et le budget établi.
  6. Préparer des rapports mensuels sur l'avancement des travaux.
Qualifications :
  1. Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou de master dans le domaine technique/construction et vous justifiez d'au moins 10 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  2. Vous possédez une expertise incontournable dans les techniques spéciales, notamment dans les domaines du chauffage, de la ventilation et de la climatisation (dans le secteur résidentiel).
  3. De plus, vous avez de solides connaissances en plomberie (bâtiments de bureaux, résidentiels multiples, secteur tertiaire, etc.).
  4. Vous êtes familier des règles de dimensionnement des installations et vous possédez une excellente connaissance des normes régissant votre métier (EN 806, EN 13056, NBN 61-001, NBN 61-002, EN1443, EN 13779, NBN D 50-001, etc.).
  5. Vous avez une aptitude avancée pour la visualisation en 3D. La maîtrise de REVIT est un avantage majeur.
