We're hiring an Offensive Security Specialist to join a security consultancy/enterprise security team

serving clients across Belgium. You'll lead proactive security assessments — identifying weaknesses

before attackers do — across web applications, networks, cloud environments, and increasingly, AI/ML systems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and red team engagements

across web, mobile, network, and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments

• Conduct social engineering and physical security testing where in scope

• Identify, exploit, and clearly document vulnerabilities with actionable, risk-prioritized

remediation guidance

• Build and maintain custom tooling/scripts to support testing efficiency

• Deliver technical and executive-level reports and present findings directly to client security

teams

• Stay ahead of emerging attack techniques, zero-days, and adversary tradecraft

• Mentor junior testers and contribute to internal methodology development


Requirements:

• 3+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security

• OSCP required; OSCE, OSWE, OSEP, or CRTO a strong plus

• Strong scripting/programming ability (Python, C, PowerShell, or similar)

• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Active Directory attack paths, and cloud security

misconfigurations

• Experience with common offensive tooling (Cobalt xirbnpk Strike, Burp Suite Pro, Metasploit)

• Fluent English; French or Dutch a strong advantage for local client work

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Belgium
