Pour l'un de nos clients, une société belge renommée dans le secteur de la mode et du luxe, distribuant diverses marques haut de gamme, nous recherchons un Comptable/Cash Controller.

Défi :

En tant que comptable/cash controller, vous veillez au respect des obligations comptables de l'entreprise et garantissez la bonne tenue des comptes de la société.

Vos responsabilités seront, entre autres, les suivantes ;

  • Vous rassemblez, coordonnez et vérifiez les données comptables
  • Vous mettez en place l'organisation du travail de l'équipe
  • Vous gérez les opérations comptables et contrôlez leur bonne application
  • Vous encadrez vos collègues du service comptabilité et les faites grandir en compétences
  • Vous appliquez et veillez au respect des règles en matière comptable et financière
  • Vous participez à la préparation et production de différents rapports comptables afin que l'entreprise puisse répondre aux obligations légales
  • Vous suivez et contrôlez les échéanciers de paiement
  • Vous assurez la gestion quotidienne de la trésorerie
  • Vous prévoyez les besoins de financement à moyen et long terme
  • Vous gérez les facilités de crédit

Profil :

  • Expérience de +/- 4 ans dans une fonction similaire
  • Expertise en gestion de trésorerie est un plus
  • Bonne maitrise des procédures et obligations légales en matière comptable
  • Capacité à encadrer une équipe
  • Personnalité rigoureuse et méthodique
  • Sens des priorités et capacité à prendre des initiatives
  • Orienté résultats
  • Grande disponibilité pour les clients tant internes qu'externes
  • Capacité analytique
  • Bonne maitrise du français et/ou de l'anglais (le néerlandais est un plus)

Boekhouder – Retail Fashion – Brussel

Voor een van onze klanten, een bekend Belgisch bedrijf in de mode- en luxesector die verschillende topmerken verdeelt, zijn we op zoek naar een Boekhouder/Cash Controller

Uitdaging:

Als boekhouder/Cash Controller, zorg je ervoor dat de bedrijfsboekhoudkundige verplichtingen worden gerespecteerd en dat de boekhouding van het bedrijf correct wordt bijgehouden.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het volgende ;

- Verzamelen, coördineren en controleren van de boekhoudkundige gegevens

- Je organiseert de werkzaamheden van het team.

- je beheert boekhoudkundige handelingen en controleert de correcte toepassing ervan

- Je geeft leiding aan je collega's van de boekhoudafdeling en helpt hen hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen

- Je zorgt voor de toepassing en naleving van boekhoudkundige en financiële regels

- Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding en het maken van verschillende boekhoudkundige rapporten zodat het bedrijf aan zijn wettelijke verplichtingen kan voldoen

- Je bewaakt en controleert betalingsschema's

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse cash management

- Je voorspelt de financieringsbehoeften op middellange en lange termijn

- Je beheert kredietfaciliteiten

Profiel

- +/- 4 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie

- Expertise in Cash management is een plus

- Goede beheersing van boekhoudprocedures en wettelijke verplichtingen

- Vermogen om een team te leiden (indirect)

- Gestructureerd en methodische persoonlijkheid

- Prioriteiten stellen en initiatieven kunnen nemen

- Resultaatgericht

- Zeer beschikbaar voor zowel interne als externe klanten

- Analytische vaardigheden

- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en/of het Engels (Frans is een pluspunt)
