We are looking for an experienced electrical technician to join the team at a chicken slaughterhouse in the Waregem region. As an electrical technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical installations and machines within the production site. You will work in a dynamic team of technicians and operators and report as necessary.

Duties:
  • Maintenance and repair of electrical installations and machines
  • Solving malfunctions and breakdowns of production machines
  • Performing preventive maintenance
  • Contributing to the improvement of machines and installations
  • Maintaining technical documentation and reporting
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Experience with electrical installations and machinery in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of PLC systems and frequency converters
  • Willing to work in a meat processing environment with specific hygiene and safety regulations
  • Flexibility

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

Driver's License: B (Car)

Languages: English: good
