Investigo is working with a fast growing Belgian business who are looking for a financial controller.Strong in BE financial accounting (BE GAAP; audit experience; consolidation across multiple countries DE/FR/NL/BE)Natural people manager/leader. Gets people on board and is strong communicatively (connection with offices). Improves team performanceChange manager as we have several projects: implementing two software systems. Run credit&collection team like a machine; strong and reliable month-end closing process. Some blue and structure in mindset and approach for topics like the month-end closing rhythm (no surprises; expectation management)M&A/onboarding (opening balance; getting numbers ‘like for like’ etc.)And most important: a fun, energetic, transparent, professional colleague you enjoy working withCan be future business controlling director or potential CFO or Group ControllerIdeally big4 experience, M&A/exit exposure, CFO of smaller companySalary range 150-170 all in (fixed/variable/car) and paid on consultant contract but with long term commitmentStart date asap
