ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

As a Learning & Development Intern, you'll be part of the corporate Human Resources team and be responsible for working on projects that support the rollout of our Global Learning & Development strategy and mission to "foster a learning community & culture which delivers on continuous individual and company growth". This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience while working on global projects that directly impact the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of learning and development projects across the business.
  • Creating new training content and coordinating and supporting the logistics of virtual, in-person and blended training events and programs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and functions to accomplish tasks and goals.

Skills/Attitudes:

  • Flexible and agile, strong team player
  • Good presentation skills: preparing and presenting
  • Able to support team in handling "short/no notice" demands as well as multiple projects at the same time
  • Proactively seek work and opportunities to learn

Education: Students in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or related field.

Languages: Fluency in English is a must. French is a plus.

Duration: 6 months.

Preferred start date: Asap or in April 2025.

Location: Lhoist Headquarters, Limelette, Belgium.
