Responsabilités: Examiner les dossiers de projet et signaler tout changement (matériel, heures de travail, sous-traitance) avant validation. Assurer l'exécution des projets sur site, du démarrage à la livraison finale. Analyser les écarts et en discuter avec les responsables concernés. Encadrer et coordonner les employés et les sous-traitants. Assurer la communication et le reporting auprès du contract manager, du service commercial et de la comptabilité. Intervenir dans les situations critiques et proposer des solutions adaptées. Participer aux réunions de chantier et répondre aux sollicitations des clients (appels, emails). Superviser les aspects techniques, financiers et organisationnels du projet. Suivre et vérifier les heures de travail effectuées. Organiser et valider les procès-verbaux de livraison avec les sous-traitants et le client. Garantir le traitement correct des factures et approuver celles des sous-traitants. Réaliser des visites de site en amont et pendant l'exécution des travaux. Vérifier la conformité des travaux aux directives du client et aux règles de sécurité. Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés (tests, câblage, montage). Produire le dossier "as-built" et assurer le transfert au service après-vente. Créer la répartition des tâches et le planning via le système ERP, contrôler l'avancement et fournir le feedback nécessaire. Veiller au respect des délais, du budget et à l'utilisation optimale des ressources. Garantir la disponibilité des produits et matériaux nécessaires au projet Former les collègues sur les installations PLC et assurer leur mise en service. Profil : Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en énergie / électromécanique. Vous maîtrisez AutoCAD et Navision, avec une très bonne connaissance des systèmes PLC. Vous êtes organisé(e), discipliné(e) et capable de gérer efficacement le planning et le time management. Vous communiquez aisément et savez travailler aussi bien de manière indépendante qu'en équipe. Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et savez déléguer lorsque nécessaire. Vous analysez les problèmes et proposez des solutions adaptées. Vous utilisez couramment Word, Excel et Outlook. Vous parlez français et avez des connaissances en anglais et en néerlandais. Vous disposez du permis de conduire B.
