Als Key Accountmanager zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het binnenhalen van contracten én voor de overdracht naar de project groep zodat de uitvoering van de projecten op een zo efficiënt mogelijke manier zal gebeuren, binnen het vooropgestelde budget en volgens de vastgelegde kwaliteitsnormen.
Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Key Accountmanager in bullets:
- Je onderhoudt de contacten met bestaande klanten. Je gaat regelmatig op bezoek bij hen waarbij je de toekomstige behoeften in kaart brengt, peilt naar hun tevredenheid …
- Je legt nieuwe contacten en breidt het huidige klantenbestand uit door actieve prospectie: je werkt spontane aanvragen uit, je doet onderzoek naar toekomstige interessante projecten en anticipeert hierop, je fungeert als trotse ambassadeur van Samoco…
- Je maakt offertes op aan de hand van de bestaande calculatietool en volgt deze op van A tot Z. Je onderhandelt met de klanten en sluit grote, meestal lange termijncontracten af.
- Je staat mee in voor het opvolgen en controleren van opportuniteiten (via projectlijsten), offertes (via calculatietool) en projectresultaten (via projectrapportering) met project managers op periodieke basis.
- Je zorgt voor een goede projectvoorbereiding: je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar een technisch haalbare uitvoering.
- Je geeft alle nuttige informatie op een correcte manier door naar de projectleiders zodat deze kunnen starten met het opstellen van planningen (budget – scope – timing), alsook naar de externe partners zodat alles kwaliteitsvol en veilig uitgevoerd kan worden.
- Je volgt het project verder op wat betreft budget en kwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je motiveert, coacht en evalueert de medewerkers tijdens en na de projectuitvoering.
- Je werkt mee aan en creëert een draagvlak voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe standaarden en werkinstructies inzake sales, operations, aankoop en logistiek.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven netwerker met een no-nonsense attitude en een natuurlijke commerciële flair. Met jouw sterke analytische skills en sociale vaardigheden kan je snel behoeften in kaart brengen en het vertrouwen van klanten winnen. Met je proactieve, oplossingsgerichte attitude en je technisch inzicht formuleer je (in samenwerking met de collega's) de meest kwalitatieve oplossing op maat. Goede communicatievaardigheden, een sterke opvolging en een portie overtuigingskracht zorgen mee voor het uiteindelijke succes.
De profielvereisten:
- Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (bv. mechanica, elektromechanica...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Reeds 5+ jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (bv. sales & project manager, projectingenieur, sales engineer, key accountmanager …) in een technische omgeving (idealiter industriële verhuis / montage).
- Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands. Goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
- Vlot met de computer (o.a. MS Office).
