About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a Software Solution Specialist – Service Management Tools (Ivanti Expert) for a project within a leading Belgian energy transmission organization.
The role is part of a Digital Workplace – Users Support product team, whose mission is to deliver robust, user-friendly tools that enable other products and teams to provide effective support services. The team provides second-level support for Service Management tools and customizes workflows to offer tailored services to key business users.
The main platform is Ivanti Service Manager (ISM), where employees submit service requests and support agents manage and resolve tickets. The role combines configuration, scripting, software development, maintenance, integration, testing and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and develop functional and technical customer requirements through configuration or scripting in user support tools.
- Ensure the operation and software maintenance of the Service Management tools together with the team.
- Advise key users on IT Service Management issues and best practices when using the tool.
- Participate in the end-to-end activities of new developments and configurations.
- Initiate and participate in further developments and improvements of the software.
- Provide ongoing support for the integration of the software into the application and system landscape.
- Support testing activities and end-user training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Service Management solution.
Mandatory Skills
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable.
- At least 3 years of experience with Service Management tools, preferably Ivanti Service Manager.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager (ISM).
- Knowledge of ITIL-based Service Management.
- Professional experience with JavaScript.
- Sound experience in the planning, development, operation and further development of applications or software systems.
- Experience working with standard or customized software solutions.
Additional Assets
- Knowledge of similar Service Management tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- Experience with MS SQL.
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience in IT Operations Management.
- Good understanding of Agile methods.
Languages
- English: Fluent.
- Dutch, French or German is a plus

- Able to work autonomously.
- Good communication and advisory skills when working with key users and stakeholders.
