Job Description

• Develop financial controlling and manage IFRS monthly closing.
• Handle statutory reporting and oversee budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform financial analysis and report on variances against budgets.
• Act as an internal finance business partner, advising management.
• Monitor, define, and evaluate KPIs.
• Implement cost optimization projects and support strategic planning.
• Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and consolidate figures.

The Successful Applicant

• Master's in Finance/Economics
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience at a Big 4 firm is a plus
• Dutch or French with good knowledge of the other language + English
• Analytical skills
• Business partnership mindset
• Team player
• Strong social and communication skills
