Gosselin Group begon in 1930 als een eenmansverhuisbedrijf in Antwerpen. Vandaag is Gosselin een internationale organisatie met 56 kantoren in 34 landen, meer dan 1000 werknemers, 350.000m² aan magazijnen (een volume dat nog sterk zal stijgen na ingebruikname van de nieuwe magazijnen in Genk) en een jaaromzet boven 450 miljoen euro. Binnen de Gosselin Group zijn de activiteiten onderverdeeld in 3 divisies: "moving services", "logistics services" en "storage solutions".
Gosselin Logistics levert een totaalpakket van logistieke diensten aan zijn klanten, met activiteiten zoals forwarding, goederenbehandeling en conditionering, douaneafwikkeling, magazijnopslag, transport met specialisatie in uitzonderlijk vervoer, begeleiding van uitzonderlijk vervoer (permits en pilots), containerbehandelingen tot en met zeer grote en complexe, industriële logistieke projecten voor zware machines.
Functie
Als Quality Manager ben je de spil in het coördineren en monitoren van het geïntegreerd managementsysteem van Gosselin. Samen met managers, proceseigenaren en supervisors zorg je ervoor dat het IMS up-to-date blijft, de certificeringen optimaal geïntegreerd worden én dat de organisatie blijft voldoen aan alle wet- en regelgeving.
Taken
- Coördineren en verbeteren van het geïntegreerd managementsysteem (IMS)
- Organiseren en leiden van IMS-stuurgroep vergaderingen en jaarlijkse Management Reviews
- Bewaken van bewustwording binnen de organisatie over veranderingen en ontwikkelingen in het IMS
- Uitvoeren en/of coördineren van interne audits en opvolgen van corrigerende/preventieve maatregelen
- Opstellen van beleidslijnen, procedures en instructies i.s.m andere afdelingen
- Documentbeheer en interne communicatie rond IMS-vereisten
- Het onderhouden en optimaliseren van het IMS en volgen van ontwikkelingen in kwaliteitsnormen en wetgeving
- Creëren van een pragmatisch IMS, afgestemd op klantbehoeften én regelgeving
Profiel
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Quality Manager binnen een internationale omgeving, bij voorkeur in de logistieke sector
- Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van audits. Beschikken over een attest lead auditor is een plus
- Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsnormen zoals ISO9001, ISO14001,… Kennis van AEO en FIDI-FAIM(PLUS) is een pluspunt
- Je beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht, neemt initiatief, bent een doorzetter en bent communicatief sterk waarbij je jezelf zeer vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands én Engels
- Je beschikt over een helikopterview en behoudt overzicht, zelfs in complexe situaties
