Join our Datashift team as an Analytics Manager and help shape the future of our fast-growing Analytics domain.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the expansion and growth of our domain through strategic business development.
  2. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and impactful results across multiple projects.
  3. Take full ownership of project execution, driving meaningful business outcomes.
  4. Foster a down-to-earth leadership approach, mentoring and inspiring a team of consultants to reach new heights.
  5. Act as a key driver of client success, making a lasting impact in the data-driven world.
  6. Play an integral role in the leadership team, contributing to future strategies and driving organizational growth.
  7. Collaborate closely with senior management and industry experts to define a long-term roadmap for success.
  8. Represent Datashift and the Analytics domain with passion and expertise.
Your Qualifications:
  1. 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, including at least 5 years in leadership roles with commercial responsibilities and client management expertise.
  2. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  4. A Master's degree in Informatics, Business Economics, Civil Engineering, or Information Management.
  5. Fluency in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.
