Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als Windows System Engineer maak je deel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van de Windows IT-infrastructuur. Meer concreet beheer je de Microsoft Windows-clientstations en -servers. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de back-ups en voor de monitoring van de performantie, stabiliteit en veiligheid van alle systemen. Je staat in voor het incident management en voor de implementatie en updates van de clientstations en -servers. Je adviseert, ontwikkelt en neemt deel aan de implementatie van nieuwe infrastructuren en ondersteunt de ontwikkelingsteams bij de uitvoering van projecten. Tot slot bied je derdelijnssupport. Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in de informatica en beschikt over een relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je beheerst de volgende technologieën: Windows Client 10 / Server 2016 / 2019, Active Directory, Group Policy, WDS, WSUS, MDOP, MDT, IIS, Microsoft Exchange Server. Je beheerst ook de netwerktechnologieën (TCP/IP, vLan, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Proxy, Wifi) en de scripttalen VBS en PowerShell. Kennis van de volgende technologieën is een troef: Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, In-Tune, VMware ESXi, vCenter, Tivoli Storage Management, Microsoft SSCM, Linux, RedHat, Storage, / SAN Switch… Je bent een goede teamplayer, maar je kan ook autonoom werken. Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht, gaat georganiseerd te werk en hebt een goede analytische geest. Je probleemoplossend vermogen vormt één van je belangrijkste troeven. Je natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid en je interesse in nieuwe technologieën drijven je om je kennis op peil te houden. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans. - Je krijgt een gevarieerde, uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante job waarbij je bijdraagt aan IT-oplossingen die een belangrijke rol spelen in de samenleving.
