Prosource is currently seeking on behalf of one of its clients in the Brussels region, an experienced Analyst Lead, available ASAP as a freelancer or consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Independently conduct interviews and lead workshops to gather valuable insights from business stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Identify business needs and functional requirements, translating them into desirable, viable, and feasible IT solution proposals.
  • Lead and manage the analyst team to ensure high-quality analysis, aligning team efforts with business objectives while fostering collaboration and development.
  • Develop and present business cases with clear, data-driven justifications for proposed changes and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on new methodologies, trends, and technologies, applying them to improve processes and solutions.

  • You are proactive, taking initiative and driving things forward.
  • You balance a client-focused mindset with a healthy dose of critical thinking and constructive disagreement.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, making you pleasant and effective to work with.
  • You are a team player who enjoys taking the lead and showing initiative.
  • Experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager is a plus.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • You can focus on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • You are eager to learn and view challenges as opportunities.
  • You are fluent in English and proficient in French and/or Dutch.
