Functieomschrijving Je zorgt voor heldere, kwalitatieve rapportering en business insights naar zowel het managementteam als naar alle kenniswerkers, ter ondersteuning van hun opdracht en te behalen doelen.
Er staat een team klaar om mee te zorgten voor de technische ondersteuning door data samen te brengen en te zorgen voor een eenvoudige en toegankelijke ontsluiting ervan. (Het Alida-team)
De expert BI & Reporting zorgt voor de verdere ontplooiing binnen de business.
Concreet sta je in voor:
Reporting
- Uitvoeren van periodieke rapporteringen ter ondersteuning van het managementteam, staffteam en operationele teams;
- Uitvoeren van eenmalige / tijdelijke rapporten ifv projecten of beleidsbeslissingen.
- (Ondersteuning in de) opmaak van operationele rapporteringen.
- Bestaande rapporten (business & corporate) levend maken en houden in de business.
- Analyseren van de businessresultaten (KPI's) i.f.v. het formuleren van advies en actiepunten om de vooropgestelde beleidsdoelstellingen te kunnen halen.
- Ondersteuning & voorbereiden van cijfermateriaal voor begroting en forecast.
- Door middel van data businessvraagstukken (helpen) oplossen.
- Lead nemen om businessbehoeften m.b.t. data te detecteren en datakwaliteit te verhogen.
- Optimaliseren van BI- en reportingprocessen in samenwerking met het Alida-team.
- Een actieve bijdrage leveren bij business projecten mbt BI & reporting.
- Je hebt minimaal een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
- Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch denkvermogen, uitstekende vaardigheden met cijfers en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je hebt affiniteit met business-, financiële- en dataprocessen en kan als 'vertaler' optreden tussen de operationele business en Finance en IT.
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om een boodschap krachtig, helder en diplomatisch over te brengen.
- De persoon die wij zoeken is resultaatgericht, punctueel, nauwkeurig en altijd gericht op optimalisatie die doelen behaalt zowel persoonlijk als samen met je team.
