We're Hiring: Inside Sales Specialist – Solar & Battery Solutions Are you passionate about renewable energy and have technical experience in solar systems and battery installations? Join a growing distributor in the Benelux as an Inside Sales Specialist, where you'll support clients, solve technical issues, and grow your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your Role: • Provide technical support and advice to clients on solar systems and battery installations (AC/DC)• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries • Troubleshoot technical issues remotely, without going onsite • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams • Learn and grow within the role, with opportunities to progress into team lead and account manager positions as the team expands • Contribute to the growth and success of the company in the renewable energy sector You Bring: • Technical experience in the solar industry, with some exposure to battery installation (AC/DC)• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus • Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the role • Ideally a junior to mid-level professional looking to develop into a more senior sales or account management role We Offer: • Competitive salary: 40,000-60,000 euros annually depending on experience • 2WFH days, meal vouchers, and eco vouchers • A supportive, collaborative environment with career growth opportunities • Remote troubleshooting and technical support—no site visits or installations required About Us: We are a leading distributor in the renewable energy sector, providing high-quality solar and battery solutions to clients across the Benelux.
