• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing detailed quotations and managing follow-ups using the ERP system for streamlined operations.
• Production Expertise: Evaluate production capacities, strengths, and machinery capabilities to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
• Supplier Network: Utilize a strong network of contractors and suppliers to present cost-effective and high-quality solutions for every client need.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with project leaders and technical experts to provide practical, actionable advice to customers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with external partners (clients, subcontractors) and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Reporting: Deliver clear and concise reports to the Planning and Customer Service Manager to align on objectives and progress.

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Familiar with the operation and functionality of Laser Robots.
• Responsible for preparing production tasks, including pricing calculations and drafting detailed quotations.
• Possess a strong affinity for working with metal and exhibit a driven attitude.
• Demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively.
• Precise, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously while excelling in a team environment.
• You speak fluent French; Dutch is a plus
