Area Sales Manager – Benelux Capital Equipment + SaaS | High-Impact Medical Technology Our client is a fast-growing leader in advanced medical technology, delivering capital equipment and intelligent software that transform clinical workflows and elevate patient care with life saving technology. With rapid European expansion underway, we're hiring a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Benelux region. Your Mission Take full ownership of your territory. Drive revenue. Win new customers. Support clinics with hands-on training and education. Become the go-to commercial partner for healthcare providers adopting high-value medical technology. This is a commercial + technical + relationship-driven role; perfect for someone who wants real influence and real impact. Key Responsibilities Grow the Benelux region, hitting and exceeding revenue targets Drive business development: prospect, pitch, close Build strong, long-term relationships with clinics and medical practices Deliver product demos, installations, and in-field training - be the SME Troubleshoot and support customers to maximise adoption and utilisation Represent the company at key events and exhibitions Stay on top of market trends and customer needs Who You Are A driven, confident, field-based sales professional who knows how to win business and build trust. You enjoy selling high-value solutions and supporting customers hands-on. Essential Experience 5+ years in field sales with a strong record of delivering revenue Proven experience selling capital equipment (SaaS or AI exposure is a plus) Comfortable training and educating customers on technical products Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage complex sales cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Fluent in Dutch and French + professional English Willing to travel extensively across Benelux Why Join?
