Senior Supply Chain ConsultantAs part of its strong growth in Belgium, Meogroup is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to support its industrial clients in Supply Chain transformation, performance improvement, and digitalization projects.This role is created in response to the increasing number of strategic projects delivered for major industrial players in Belgium and abroad.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will be involved in high value-added transformation projects covering the entire Supply Chain scope:Lead and contribute to end-to-end Supply Chain transformation projectsDiagnose, design, and deploy Target Operating Models (data crunching, process mapping, presentation/communication skills, ...)Optimize processes across all SCOR pillars: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return & EnableDesign and implement S&OP / IBP, planning, inventory management, industrial and logistics flow optimizationSupport clients in IT and ERP-related projects (selection, deployment, optimization)Act as a key interface between Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance stakeholdersContribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and the development of Meogroup's Supply Chain expertiseSupport sales process (with opportunities detection and offers creation and presentation).ProfileExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in Supply ChainProven track record in multiple successful transformation projectsStrong exposure to the manufacturing industrySolid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and SCOR frameworkDemonstrated Consulting background strongly preferred (BIG4 or equivalent consulting firms)IT SkillsStrong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, and other ERP solutions)Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to translate business needs into IT solutionsEducation & CertificationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)Lean Green Belt certification requiredLanguagesFluent in English, French, and DutchMobility & AvailabilityHQ Based in Brussels – must be able to commute regularly Willing to travel for assignments across BelgiumAvailability: ASAPWhat Meogroup OffersA dynamic, entrepreneurial, and people-oriented work environmentA fast-growing consulting firm with a clear and ambitious visionChallenging and diverse projects with leading industrial clientsStrong internal expertise in Supply Chain, Procurement, and FinanceReal focus on consultant development: skills enhancement, career growth, and long-term perspectivesThe opportunity to actively contribute to the development and visibility of the Supply Chain practice in BelgiumA competitive and comprehensive compensation package
