This position is very varied and your working day is never quite the same. You will combine software implementations and project management with consulting at our customers.

This is what your job looks like- Your main task is to implement our QHSE software at customers. Concretely, this means that you coordinate the entire project from kick-off meeting to Go-Live. During the project you organize workshops and Q&A sessions with the customer in which the software is extensively demonstrated and configured according to the needs and expectations of the customer.
- By means of an excellent project management based on our own methodology you ensure a good follow-up of the project, so that the necessary specifications of the customer are implemented on time and the Go-Live date is achieved.
- You are the first point of contact for the various customers in the implementation phase. You follow up the customers accurately and proactively and make sure they see the added value of our software.
- In addition, customers can also call on substantive support from a QHSE Field Expert. We provide assistance and advice during the implementation process from our QHSE background. We share best practices in order to optimally set up the software. This can range from giving advice on setting up risk analyses to providing guidance on an ISO and/or VCA management system.
- You can be deployed sporadically at sales meetings, taking on the role of Sales Engineer. Also in ongoing implementation projects, a commercial attitude is a plus in function of possible upsell opportunities, so that the customer is offered the optimal package according to the needs and expectations.
- You participate in the weekly routine distribution at Support, so that there is always permanent accessibility for our customers within office hours. After all, you know the software best and can help the customer with his/her questions quickly and correctly.
- You understand the needs of the QHSE market and communicate these to the Product Team, so that we can work together to continuously improve our software.
- Knowledge, experience & interest - You have an affinity for IT and software implementations. You have a healthy interest in QHSE work areas. Some experience within prevention, environment and/or quality is a plus. You see the advantages of digitalization and software for a more efficient administration in the field of QHSE.
- Project-based work - You are strong in monitoring projects and following up on deadlines with a drive to deliver the project on time according to customer expectations. Some experience in project management is a plus.
- Customer focus - You will fall under the Customer Success department, where customer focus is a priority. You also follow up with customers proactively.
- Analytical mind - You make connections easily and can easily translate customer specifications into our software.
- The right mindset - You can work perfectly independently and have a hands-on and team player mentality. You can multitask, work efficiently and can keep calm when needed. You embrace change and have a positive attitude.
- Fluent communicator - You are communicative and can smoothly convey the configured solution in our software to the customer. We like to build strong relationships with our customers.
- Language skills - You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of English and French is a big plus.
- Attractive salary package - An interesting salary supplemented with fringe benefits (company car, fuel card, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, extra leave days, etc.). We offer a full-time permanent contract, but the possibility of working part-time 4/5ths can also be discussed.
