For one of our clients in the high-technology electronics design domain, specializing in advanced electronic and imaging systems, we are looking for a Project Manager – Electronics. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing resources, risks, and planning. Acting as the key link between customers, technical teams, and management, you will ensure project success while contributing to continuous improvement and presales activities in an international context.Your MissionYou will organize and coordinate the necessary resources (material and labour) up to the end of the project.You will analyze and manage the project risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, safety...) in collaboration with the technical team.You will lead and coordinate the project team (up to 10-15 people).You will provide guidance and support to the team.You will keep the team committed on the project goals in collaboration with the team leaders.You will be attentive to the customer (internal or external) satisfaction thanks to a precise reporting and an adequate development plan.You will report a clear view of the project status to the different management instances of the organization.You will continuously try to improve the company process.You will help the PMO to reach an optimal resource allocation in the company by expressing your needs while offering flexibility.You will help the presales activities by providing cost/schedule estimations.From time to time, you will represent the company in international exhibitions.Your ProfileMaster or equivalent in engineering, experience in a similar domain is a plus.Affinity with technology and able to discuss about technology with teams and clients.Used to Gantt chart project's representation and tools (knowledge in MS Project is a plus).Fluent in English or French or Dutch.Open minded and team player.Manage MS Office tool suite.Our OfferWe offer a permanent contract and an attractive salary package.
